The shuttle service was fine and on time going. Valet service was defensive, but apologized. It was still in front of the casino with the doors UNLOCKED! That was upsetting because the guest can't park it and key is surrendered. When we finished dinner, we saw our minivan had not been parked in the garage. You have to ask for towelettes, and a tip is expected for the beverage waiters. Like a cruise, there should be hand-sanitizer everywhere! People in line lick their fingers and worse. I have a thing about everybody's germs on the serving tongs and spoons. On this Wednesday night, there was no fresh fruit.
Then we sauntered over to the casino's buffet. A bellhop was ordered, and we checked in. We were warmly greeted when we first drove up. The hotel rooms ARE beautifully appointed and quiet, but I found shortcomings: the in-room phone system was lame the room's floor wasn't thoroughly vacuumed from the previous guests bedside reading lights not conducive and the drum-lights at the hotel entry shining upwards into the windows.Towels & bedding were nice. The experience turned out to be more aggravating than it was worth. We were scheduled for an early-morning flight out of Spokane Airport,so we tried having dinner at the casino, staying overnight in the hotel, then using the casino shuttle to the airport.
